My morning sickness is finally at ease. :) I had lost a total of seven and half pounds in the first 12 weeks, but I am happy to say that my weight is now up 131.8!! My baby is growing bigger and bigger everyday. I can't wait to have a BIG belly. I am so excited.
My energy is slowly coming back, and just in time! This week alone my kids have a Thanksgiving play, I have Ryden's birthday party, two Thanksgivings, and a photoshoot with my Uncle! Lol. Next week is my ultrasound down in Glendale. I am seeing a new doctor. I will almost be 14 weeks so I am hoping that David and I can find out the gender. David took off work to be there with me :) He has been so amazing through all of this. He thinks it's a boy, I have a pretty strong feeling of what it is, but won't say. My father-in-law, Mike, guesses the sex of the baby in all the family pregnancies. He has a perfect record so far :) He made his official guess this last weekend and said he thinks it's a girl. So someone is bound to be right. Haha.
Anyways, this is what my little angel looks like this week! :)
By now, your baby weighs a full half-ounce and is about the size of a large plum. Most of his systems are in place, though there's still plenty of maturing to do. For one thing, his fetal digestive system is beginning to practice contraction movements necessary for eating, and his bone marrow is busy making white blood cells — weapons against germs once he's out of your safe haven.
**P.S. I think we are SET, on a girl's name at least.
